Who is the audience:Probably mother's who have school aged children
What is there attitude:They probably want to how healthy the peanut butter is and if it still tastes good enough for the children to eat it. They might also have an attitude of frugality and want to find a cost saving peanut butter.
What do they need to know: They need to know this peanut butter is delicious and their children will love it; yet, its also healthy for them and is avaliable at a reasonable cost. If they peanut butter is expensive they need to know that it is worth the cost.
A letter to a property managment company concerning a continuous problem with the heating and air conditioning:
Who is the audience: The property managment company employees-most likely the human recources director that is in charge of handling complaints.
What is there attitude: The company might be defensive upon receiving a letter that critisizes them. They might also have an attitude of bias towards the company. However, hopefully they have an attitude of wanted to improve the company and thus, correct the problem.
What do they need to know: They need to know that while you are pointing out a problem with the company you still respect them. Also, They need to do in a clear and exact manner what the problem is, when it occures, and where it occurs.
